In 2006, Matt had a crazy idea to boldly go where no designer had gone before – into real estate (ok, that’s probably not true; other designers have undoubtedly bought and sold real estate before).

But Matt set out to really do it right – to create a business and a brand that shows Columbus residents how to become wealthy by buying and holding investment properties right here in Central Ohio.

His company has three main objectives:

Goal #1: Provide our buyers with the best properties at the lowest prices.
Goal #2: Provide our buyers with the largest selection of investment properties in Columbus.
Goal #3: Create wealth for our money partners and fellow investors.

Matt is still actively buying and selling properties throughout Central Ohio today.  His company not only offers properties to those who want to buy and manage rental properties, but  it also provides investment opportunities for those who simply want their money to work for them.
